Full public-area red-agate stone
The designer wanted the opulence of natural red agate for the VIP dining feature wall, corridors and main lobby — without the astronomical budget, uncontrollable variation and finger-pointing of multi-supplier sourcing.
We gave them one throat to choke. Five custom samples nailed the burgundy base with ivory veining; main and accent materials pressed in the same batch. CNC waterjet cut the lobby medallion into click-together modules, pre-grooved for brass inlay — after a full 1:1 dry layout and written sign-off.
Full-room rare marble, single-block
A developer specified one rare natural marble — grey-white base with emerald bands and unpredictable wine-red and rust crystal veins — for an entire bathroom, walls, floor and wet areas, all from the same batch.
We began at the quarry, selecting three sister blocks from the same section. A full 1:1 dry pre-layout mapped every vein across joints before any cut; arched-mirror and outlet openings CNC-cut to the millimetre. On site, the crew simply followed our numbered map.
